Pi-day

Our New York apartment's elevator ID number is Pi to four decimal points (if you imagine a decimal point inserted.)   I've been waiting almost a year to share this fact.  But 3.14 is here!

Shoulder problems clearly have left me with not enough windsurfing to blab about.

Wait a second here. Noticing that it’s PI Day is not necessarily a bad thing, it’s all relative to one’s point of view (pun intended, read further). There is a connection to windsurfing for some of us. It means that 3 weeks from today we will be on our way to Hatteras for 1.5 weeks. Woo-hoo!! Btw, it’s also Albert Einstein’s birthday.
