I am no wind snob. I will get on my Superlight in five knots. Give me eight and I’ll put a 5.5 on my Techno and start spinning, bobbing and weaving a tale of nonplaning freestyle. But the water has been positively glassy lately, and the coming weekend is not looking so good.
Will it come to sprucing up the fins? A few of them are overdue for some TLC, but what I really want to do is toss a rig around.
