The master of jawdropping lightwind freestyle magic, Bonaire’s Caesar Finies, will be competing at the second annual East Coast Windsurfing Festival at Hecksher State Park, June 6-7. The bar has just been raised Big Time! Of course Long Island counters with the reigning King of the East Mike Burns, along with LI expat Chachi Sassone.
